Railhq is a set of open-source tools for small SaaS teams: affiliate tracking, email, analytics and product demos. Each one is built in public and then has to run my own company, Codemia. Self-host them for free, pay for hosting, or get every tool on one subscription.

Affiliate and referral tracking for Stripe, from the first click to every recurring invoice.
Mailrail
replaces Brevo
Email campaigns, automations and signup forms, with a Brevo-compatible API so switching is a config change.
In beta: sending volume is capped until Amazon SES approves production access.
Pathrail
replaces Plausible
Privacy-friendly web analytics with revenue by channel, AI crawler visits and bot filtering.
Demorail
replaces Storylane
Interactive product demos captured from your real app, with AI-written steps. One flat price per workspace.
The Founding Pass
One monthly subscription for every Railhq tool, including the ones I haven't built yet. Founding members pay $29 a month and keep that price for as long as they stay subscribed.

Run it yourself
The tools are AGPL-licensed. Host them on your own server for free, or let Railhq host them for you. Kickrail's source is public today and the others follow as each repo is cleaned up.
